  1. Ok,That's really an important discussion about working place and the condition of offices.

    Recently most of American Company,at least I.T.'s company, goes to provide home condition at work for employees. for example you can go and play PS3 for a while and then come back to work again.

    I think Google is the first company in this idea,You can find pictures of Google's workstations in the internet,That's wonderful and unbelievable.You think you are at home, you can walk around smoke,playing checking your mails,even you can go to coffee shops and bars.

    The researches show with this condition people work better and you have better efficiency.

    But I think it's really depends on people cultures,I'm sure that we can't have these kind of company in Iran.You know why!!!

  2. Well, I kind of agree with you 'Blackmoon375'.
    You know, it's really interesting to provide an atmosphere which might be different to all our presuppositions!
    Sometimes we have to rethink our RULES or values! After all,who has said that they're impeccably right? and defying them would lead us into hell?

  4. Is the sense of being at home enough for increasing work efficiency? Don't you think such this equipments can cause distractions?
    I think providing such this facilities and circumstance is a separate story apart from decreasing distractions!
    I think these services can make employees feel comfortable; but feeling comfortable can easily cause you distract. So providing an environment that is both comfortable and non distracting is an issue that we are confronted in modern offices. Also I think in lots of cases, providing the comfort of employees can cause distractions come out and however, if managers has the strategy to reduce and omit distracting factors in office, they might put the comfort of their employees into crisis! So a balance between them should be provided.

Innovative offices are worth and all of the problems that were noticed above are right however it is rather an exaggeration about managers and meetings but In Iran, the most problem is employees because most of us just like to earn more money through the easiest way and most of the time, work efficiency is trifling.
